State awards of Ukraine in the field of science and technology of 2016 have been given according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 101/2017 «On giving State awards of Ukraine in the field of science and technology of 2016» of April 7, 2017, based on the petition of the Committee for State awards of Ukraine in the field of science and technology.
Zenon Yuriyovych Hotra, D.Sc., Head of the Department of Electronic Devices of the Institute of Telecommunications, Radioelectronics and Electronic Engineering of Lviv Polytechnic National University, received a State award of Ukraine for his work «Energy efficient light emitting diode lighting systems».
