The Department of Philosophy at Lviv Polytechnic National University, public association «Shodzennya», educational and consulting community «Sim Promeniv» are pleased to invite you to participate in the 6th All-Ukrainian Academic Practical Conference «On the Way to the Synthesis of Philosophy, Science and Religion» on the topic of «Myth, Philosophy, Science: historical trajectory of the relashions», which will be held on April 21–22, 2017.

Conference venue – Lviv, 1 Profesorska str., Lviv Polytechnic Scientific and Technical Library conference room. .

Discussion topics

  1. Myths and their impact on the appearance of Philosophy and Sciences.
  2. The essence of syncretism and its manifestations in philosophical thinking, religion and science.
  3. Common features and differences between myth syncretism and philosophy syncretism, science and religion.
  4. Relations between myths and esoterism.
  5. Esoteric dimension of Philosophy and Science.
  6. Aspects of modern social mythology.
