Public benefit organization Wikimedia Ukraine — is a regional chapter of Wikimedia Foundation in Ukraine — non-profit organization, providing financial footing for a number of Internet communities, which maintain open content, the best-known one is free encyclopedia Wikipedia. Wikimedia Ukraine is established according to the Ukrainian legislation as a non-profit public organization.

Shevchenko Scientific Society (SSS) — is a scientific society, founded in 1873 in Lviv. It is the first public organization in Ukrainian history, showing adherence to Shevchenko’s ideas of dedication to our country, that has taken his name (initial name of the institution — «Shevchenko Society»). Scientific Library Of Lviv Polytechnic National University — is one of the largest libraries of Ukrainian higher education institutions. Library is a structural unit of the university. Acting as library bibliographic, scientific information, auxiliary educational and educational cultural institution, it provides the educational process, scientific and pedagogical activity, research, educational, cultural and awareness-raising work with books and other media that library fund has. Library fund currently holds over 1,800 million books. Scientific literature makes up the majority of the literature fund.
