On September 21, chemistry students met with representatives of PJSC «RIVNEAZOT» OSTCHEM, Rivne.
According to Andrii Sliuzar, Associate Professor at the Department of Chemistry and Technology of Inorganic Substances, Lviv Polytechnic has established cooperation with the Rivne plant, where our students have the opportunity to do an internship, and some – to stay and work.
«Now the company is expanding, so they are looking for young professionals in such fields as chemical technology and engineering, automation, mechanics, energy and ecology», says Andrii Sliuzar.
During the conversation with students and teachers, a representative of PJSC «RIVNEAZOT» presented one of the largest chemical companies in Ukraine. He told about the planned construction of a new urea plant, working conditions, support programs for young workers at the company, and the possibilities of dual education.
Oleksandr Kryvenko, Director of the Department of Personnel Management and Social Affairs, PJSC «RIVNEAZOT», assured that they are always happy to employ Polytechnic graduates.
«Cooperation with educational institutions of Ukraine is very important for us, because young people who come to us to work are, first of all, fresh ideas. University graduates bring new scientific developments to the enterprise. That’s why we are always happy to see and take yesterday’s students to work», emphasized Oleksandr Kryvenko.
